OSHA's role in impacting workplace safety as an administrator:
OSHA is the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, an American administration that helps in providing workplace safety by setting up standards for the work environment for the employees, their training requirements, acquisition, and help in keeping track of the health of different people working in any organization. It acts as a regulator for the organization to avoid exploitation of employees working in the organization.
Role of unions in improving the working conditions of the workplace:
unions act as a force on the management team for bargaining and influence impact on working hours, workplace conditions or pay and wages for the employees, etc. it helps in negotiating with the managers for problem-solving. It helps in providing different employees a sense of community as an employee and helps in providing them democracy in the organization to decide different aspects according to their employment.
Impact of the collective bargaining process on workplace safety:
The collecting bargaining process helps the employees to attain equality in the wage rate for salaries by collectively coming together with unity and forcing the managers to provide better working conditions better wage rates and improved health precautions for them.
