Creativity refers to the act of converting and imaginative Idea into the reality. creativity generally deals with original ideas which are inventive in nature.
We can think of a creative person as an individual who takes cues from the environment to solve a particular problem in a manner which was not in common knowledge to others. A creative person does not have to be an innovative but creative person. They can think of doing different things and figuring out the different functionalities of the already present objects.
Mindfulness as a practice in eating has a very positive impact on the fooding habits of an individual. Consumption of food has been correlated with psychological effects over the emotional state of an individual. There is a reason that food is considered as the fuel to human beings.
The idea of creativity is a very positive factor for the evolution of human culture which can be understood with the help of an example, It is the creative thinking ability of human beings which help us identify the functionality of fire in a controlled manner to cook the food that we eat which help does in removing the poisonous element from any of the food items and consume them with better nutrition. Again, instead of only eating a fruit the creative process of planting it and growing a new tree has helped us deal with our hunger management when the population increased worldwide.
There is a conflict between the idea of conformity and creativity when it comes to healthy versus pathological conformity or creativity. To understand this we can take an example of real life, where an individual is stuck in a position where it is is favourable to go with the usual steps for the safety of of the individual, and the case is in case of emergency landing of a flight, in case an individual decides to not have conformity with the decision, he or she may end up losing their life. Similarly if an individual is too rigid to explore other options, they usually end up paying a higher price or doing extra effort for the activity which could have been done for less.
