1. It will create will smooth implementation of policies
2. People will have espirit de corps- Team upto win
3. Colloboration will make work easier
4. No blame game
5. Peple know what to do and what is expected by them
6. Nursing Excellence will come when these 3 things will go hand by hand,
7. Responsibility and accountability should go together
8. There should be defined chain of command
9. Decisions should be made after dicussing with team mates, decisions should not be insisted of forced, proper rational must be made to gain full support of team members before execution of any new idea
10. Inter professional education make people more responsibe and liable towards their organization they work
11. Quality and intigrity are two major pillors for nursing excellence. Excellence will define the Quality services with the available resources to achieve maximum outcome in terms of employee and customer satisfaction.
