In regard to the theory of "managing globally", what would be your top three (3) priorities as a manager/leader, if you were suddenly tasked with managing people from abroad (outside of the USA)? Provide a brief explanation of why you chose each as a priority.

2nd priority is to have a collaboration with network of vendors,partners and customers for this to happen local ,economic political and legal environment is to be understood.

This will help to grow the business in terms of sales.

3rd priority : Creating a learning organization it includes recruitment from global talent pool attracting the best talent and there should also be a global transfer of human resources it mainly based on transffering and sharing best practices in order to achieve efficiency.in operations
