The healthcare informatics tools help to the care providers in deciding the best care as per the individualization of the patient and for the selection of best suited care for the patients in a particular situation.

The study is based on the proper selection of the research care plan then selection of the plan as per the patients need then the implementation of the care on the patient.

In the research there are investigators and the volunteers taking the active participation of the research. Hence it is highly required to protect the rights of the human research participants. There is need to protect the rights of every Individuals involved in the design and/or conduct of human subjects research.

It is seen that there are various research cases indicating that there is violation of the rights of human research participants.

The relationship between investigators & human subjects is a key factor while conducting any research; hence it should maintain the honesty, respect and trust. To protect the own research participant there should be a proper consent filled prior to start any research on the human subjects. All the required legal steps should be completed related to the documentation as per the regulatory guidelines prior to start any research on human subjects.

By following various regulatory guidelines like FDA the researchers can try to warrant extra care in protecting the human subjects as these guidelines are based on the rigid procedures to be followed prior to start the research on the human objects as well as during the whole course of the research.

Hence in this way we can protect the human subjects in a right way.
