mHealth is a term for the use of mobile phones and other wireless technology in medical care. The most common application of mHealth is to educate consumer about preventive health care services.

To realize the potential of mHealth it is necessary to identify the stake holders and how they might be effective like patients, clinicians ,researchers and other primary and secondary stake holders.

Factors contributing to stake holders adaption of mHealth-

1. Creating infrastructure - mHealth will create aregulatory and commercial infrastructure which will provide key partnership between government's agencies, investors which will move towards new era of digital health care.there is 44% increase in partnership.

2. INNOVATION- The mHealthbalsoblear to partnership of large industries clears and small mHealth start up.This large group pair with the niche expertise could lead to great innovations.

3.INCREASE IN MARKETS - As there is increase in number of cellular phones ,it will increase the number of patients and increase in market share and disconnected patients leaders in their own health and care.

These factors will contribute to increase in wealth maximisation of stakeholders and increase investment in mHealth.

FACTORS THAT CAN BE DETRIMENTAL FOR ADOPTION OF MHEALTH

Although the mHealth marketing may be promising, there are many factors that was act as a detrimental for adoption of health care

1.Although the market is growing rapidly but there are many products which are not tested and approved by government organization which may impede in adopting mHealth

2. It has been difficult in recent years for digital medicine to act in it's full potential due to the speed at which the technology is advancing and difference in treatment in diseases.

3. many mHealth devices would not provide viable patient generated health data leading to lack of standard process.

4. mHealth is complicated because it is unclear which developer do & do not need to comply with law.

Despite all these issues, mHealth emphasis the promising digital health care services.
