Identify possible monetary and nonmonetary performance measures for each of the following situations. One nonmonetary measure should relate to quality and one should relate to time.

a. Monetary performance measure is linked to charges for internet service, more effective it will be, more customers will be there. Non monetary measure is its customer satisfaction index and its speed.
b. Monetary performance measure is linked to charges for customer installation, more who makes the cutomers install, more commission or incentive they will earn. Non monetary measure is its customer support ticket and without disturbance quality
c. Monetary performance measure is linked to charges for delivery to customers, more who makes the customers install, more profit they will earn. Non monetary measure is its net promoter score and on time rate/delivery
d. Monetary performance measure is linked to charges for using the website and its utility. Non monetary measure is clarity and data driven or provided on its website. It is userfriendly.
e. Monetary performance measure is linked to charges for taking the admission, more admission more profit. Non monetary measure is quality of learning and advance ment provided to students.
