1.Kurt's Lewin change theory
It has three changes in the process,they are
1 Unfreeze- includes identification of needs,old ideas are kept a side and new ideas are used.
2.Change-Performs in a new way by implementation of new ideas.This period includes confusion, despair, disorientation.
3.Refreeze- The new way of doing the interventions are aligned with other organisation.
2.Applications to FNP.
I.Unfreeze
FNP is the family nurse practitioner in which they work for entire family members outside the hosipatal.And there is need to educate properly,need of safeties ,need to have more skills,need for councling courses, communication techinques,need to understand each age group treatment and intervention,need of good family members to to look after them.
II.Change
FNP changes the needs by attending the councling programs, by doing proper training, contact with agents to get the patient or good family to maintain safeties.
III.Unfreeze
Using all the knowledge and skills the FNP started working and keep on contact with agents to get patients.

Apply in advance practice registered nurse (APRN)
I.Unfreeze
The need for advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) are social needs,life changes needs , educational needs.social needs include support from family, friends and relatives.
Educational needs include patients handling with different conditions, proper handling of equipments used in critical areas.
Life changes include daily routine activities , reduce workload,stress and etc.
II.Changes
It includes provision of frequent interaction with society to increase the trust and learn how to communicate.
It includes training programs to learn all the equipment and frequent practice in the hosipatal critical area..it includes to perform excerisces, meditation and play.
III.Refreeze
In this the nurse uses her knowledge and skills in the crital conditioned patients .Improve the proper communication with family members , society.Doing excerisces and meditation reduces the stress levels and it changes the Life style too.
