Public policy is the intentional course developed and followed by government institutions to solve the problems of public.

Clinical practice guidlines are systemically developed statements that provide recommandation intended to assit practioner and patient decession about appropriate health care . These are evidence based type document that chooses the current evidence into every day practice.

Macro level looks the societies in large . Lage scale perspective include economy, culture media ,environment and large group of people

Micro perspective look into specefics of things and this involves a small group. It depends on individuals and how they react. This includes motivation, interacting with orther people ,identity.

Health care usage is affected by poverty, low income, gender, age and disabilities, .Health care access is affected by availability, time,affordability and convinience geography ( shortage of clinician)

Peer review is the evaluation of work by one or more people. It is carried out to evaluate validity , quality and orginality of manuscripts.
