Equity should be one of the goals of an effective public policy. Explain how the adjudication model of decision making in public administration may help to achieve this goal. Also, mention at least one issue that may exist with the use of the adjudication model.

Decision making is an importent one in the public administration that help to an adjudication in decision making process in the acheiving the main goal or objective. If an effective public policy need some components like seculiarism and equity etc.The adjudication is the process by which taking a dispute resolution from an adjudicator one who qualified in this case and allow for taking dispute resolution between parties without involving the court system. Here i mention a model Lon fuller participation model is a model of classical used as adjudication model .According to this model affected party need a peculiar form of participation in the decision if that person present the proof and arguments reasoned for him in his on favour.so the participation effect is mostly highlighted in this model. But this model also have the issue regarding that didnot provide adequate link between it's emphasis on elevating the party participation and prospers function like a court is not at possible in this model.so this model is lot of fail to that creating much effectiveness equal to court.
