Lifestyle choices and dietary supplements impact overall health in various ways such as physically,mentally, socially and economically.
A person having a sedentary lifestyle is physically may be affected by diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, obesity , bone disordes etc, mentally as the person becomes lazy and is not active which may causes negativity around him, socially as he is not well adjusted to the people and does not have good relations due to lack of communication and participatione tc, economically as this sedentary lifestyle causes diseasea which increases burden.
Whereas, a person who is active, takes balanced diet in the form of adequates carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines and minerals and fatty acids, and avoid excess of fats and is socially well adjusted has good relationship with ither individuals of the community, economically productive and a well settled life, mentally free of stress and free of tensions has very less chances of getting diseases as the metabolism is fast and good, circulation is good and mental health is also good.
Daily exercise, yoga and meditation helps in maintenance of physical,mental and social health as a whole.
Dietary intake of green leafy vegetables, fruits, cereals and pulses provide adequate amount of carbs, proteins, minerals, vitamins and fats.
Avoiding fast foods and intake of milk on regular basis is good for bones and maintenance of calcium level in the body.
