• And Americans are more likely to be individualistic.
• In America the interest groups influences the political process and they do not want universal health coverage.
• US political institutions make it difficult this massive entitlement program to be enacted.

Steps to achieve:-

• Over coming a lack of political will.
• High Infrastructure for the people to travel long distances and to have safe health care services and facilities.
• Skilled health care workers.
• Targetted efforts to inspire and train the people about the importance of universal health care.
• Government first interfere to help the people realize their importance of their life.
• They must help the health care workers to improve their skills to save people's life.
• Government should lay a leading role in establishing universal health care.
• The government's non-profits and businesses must work together to create and invest in Robust health systems.
