1. Can you tell me about an event when you had to step out and make a decision on your own?
2. Did you ever have to grieve for any of the decision you have made?
3. How do you face criticisms and resolve the issue in the work area?
1) yes, i still remember that day when I decided to resign from my post as a lecturer. Everyone was convincing me to continue the job as taking a break will affect my job profile but at that time I had to step out and take decision of resigning as my baby needed me and was very small to be left alone with a caretaker. Taking this decision was very difficult buy i was satisfied with it.
2) yes I had to grief for making a wrong decision of selecting a job nearer to my house rather than the one which lead to a good professional growth.
3) i have faced criticism a lot of times, at that point of time it hurted a lot, but now I am thankful for all the criticism, as it helped me to improve and become perfect
One example is when I was working in hospital setting soon after the studies as a fresher, i was very slow at work but the criticism i faced from my colleague's helped me to work faster and perfect
