With the current situation with COVID-19, they need to understand how this has changed people’s intended shopping and eating behaviour at airports, and what impact this will have on their retail outlets.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, many startups have been hurt by the crisis, yet it has also presented opportunities to others.people becoming cautious to leave their homes, much less their countries, the travel and hospitality industry is one that has been hit the hardest due to COVID-19.In some cities, countries due to complete shut down reduced working hours have impact on every habits . Supplying food have an increased chance of infections due to the unsecured packaging of food and its handling. The people also concerned of health not wilding to buy food from outside. The people who visits Airport is less these time and will leave for few times.So we should change business culture in accordance with changing behavior of society .The sales in retail market of  Adelaide airport decreased to a large extent. people are not purchasing goods because of strict rules followed in the airport. Airport authorities are carefully monitoring all those people coming and going from airport . so. customers are no able to purchase things easily. COVID-19 19 affected smooth functioning of many businesses. One of such popular business is retail airport businesses.

here the Adelaide airport are finds the requirement for data collection for research. There are several methods of data collection. It should take least the sample data for three by fourth of number of people used to visit the airport normally per day.The most common methods are surveys through Email , surveys observations and published literature sources. surveys data collection is a relevant method. Convenience sampling is very simple to carry out,. the data collection can be done in short duration of time it is very cheapest to implement than other methods. The relative cost are less in compare to other prior methods. . but one of the demerits is that the sample is likely to be partial. quota sampling is one of the other methods of non-probability sampling. This is when various subgroups are found out and the participants are chosen with the help of convenience from every different subgroup.
  Cluster sampling is usually used to find the number of mortalities in the sequence of events such as war and the natural calamities. This method is simple and  easy for deciding for a large and comparatively random selection of the participants, moreover, the choice lack independence.Simple random sampling is an instance of probability sampling. This is when a list constituting all of the population is developed and used to obtain the participants through a random selection. This random selection method assures that every individual has equal  and free chance of being chosen. This method is fair, without any bias and simple to carry out.The company can take around 500 samples to study about the relevant topic.
