-the nursing educators nad supervisors should ensure they provided feedback in a timely manner and specific to the learners when compared to nonspecific evaluative feedback.

-it provides oppurtunity to self-assess their skills and capabilities and also it provides direction that increase motivation,confidence,self-esteem ,cognitive skills and behaviours.

-effective feedbak gives confidence nd reassurance to the oatients and family members.

-in todays busy medical field providing feedback is a challenging one,if a person not received feedback about their performance ,they might assume that he/she has no areas for improvement.

-so the nursing professionals should give importance to feedback in their process and implement a mechanism by which the quality and quality of feedback is monitored.

the feedback is really helpful to the nurses to actively participate and e gage in their work and to grow up their communication skills.it will helpful to aceive our targeted outcome in a timely manner.
