1 - Mission driven culture is a change in an organization's management strategy it involves leaders providing clear intent and guidelines within which individuals or team makes well infomrmed and safety conscious descision on the most effective way to approch the situation.Mission driven means that in case of healthcare or organization in pursuit of the purpose.Mission driven healthcare refers to strategic caring approch based on the mission of the organization.A mission driven organizations can be non profit ,and are managed to accomplish goals that extend beyond profit for stakeholders,shareholders and owners to include societal benefit.

2 -Spirituality is a broad concept with room for many perspectives.In general it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves and it typically involves a search for meaning in life.We live in an age where is a modern myth that spirituality is real and primal,and relegion especially organised relegion a later imposition.
