What are the variable/factors that may make it hard for him to follow these guidelines? What are variables/factors that might make it easier?
Microsystem: What are the people or institutions that the person in your case study interacts with on a daily basis? (Remember, you can fill in the gaps here with your own imagination or creativity.)
Mesosystem: What do you think might be the connections between the factors you described above? What if the connections are good? What would that look like? Or, imagine they are not good, what might that mean? (Remember, you can fill in the gaps here with your own imagination or creativity.)
Exosystem: What are factors in the environment that are indirectly influencing the person in your case study? What might be impacting him/her through things like policies and rules? (Remember, you can fill in the gaps here with your own imagination or creativity.)
Macrosystem: What are overarching cultural values, customs, ideologies, etc.? For example, political ideologies, values, expectations of the dominant culture or subculture the person in your case study belongs to. (Remember, you can fill in the gaps here with your own imagination or creativity.)
Answer: A chronic disease characterized by uncontrolled drinking and preoccupation with alcohol is also known as alcohol addiction. Withdrwal of alcohol is difficult and many people can not tolerate it. They need alcohol almost every day. And cutting down sodium from food that means that eating foods without salt, which makes food tasteless. Salt is the main ingredient which gives taste to a specific substances. It will be difficult for the grand pa at this age to do these things. Alternatively, we can do that alcohol can be replaced by some kind of juice which will benefit him and will have a good impact on him. Black pepper can be used in many of the foods so to enhance the taste of the food.
The person in the case study is of old age so he is meeting with the some of the retired personnel or people doing any specific kind of job to do there favourite hobby. People of this age are more like a child as they want to explore many of the new things and they are unable to takecare of themselves.
