4. Cross verification and quality check is performed to assure the best quality of services to be provided for mental as well as other healthcares for the patients admitted to our organisation.

Additionally some quality improvement measures also taken in account such as

1. Monthly once training sessions were conducted theek by well qualified staff regarding latest good hospitality practices and recent trends in services.

2. Evaluation on the basis of training session also conducted so as to ensure that all are at same platform with respect to understanding and implementation of the information percolated through training sessions.

3. General group discussion session was conducted once in a week to discuss the special cases handled during week to decide the best possible solutions for the patient.
