(i)- Class- It belongs to the class of bronchodilators

(ii)- Route of Administration-  It is administered in the body with the help of a nebulizer.

(iii)- Mechanism of Action- It enters the body with the help of a nebulizer than there is dilaton of airways in the lungs which helps to widen up the airways and make breathing easier.

(iv)- The onset of Medication- The medication started to work within 15 mins of taking and it lasts for almost 6 hours.

2- Drug card for Ipratropium Bromide (Atrovent).

(i)- Class- It belongs to the class of bronchodilators.

(ii)- Route of Administration-  It is administered in the body with the help of an oral nebulizer.

(iii)- Mechanism of Action- It blocks the cholinergic receptors and decreases the production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate which decreases the lung airways and leads to contraction of the smooth muscles.

(iv)- The onset of Medication- The medication started to work within 15 mins of taking and it lasts for almost 5 hours.
