• Why I am interested into this company –

ONGC is an India Multinational Company with 64 $ billion in 2018 and its run by the Government of India. Its best company to work in India. It runs by well managed professional team and generating huge revenues for the government paying regular dividends to shareholders.

• What industry are they in –

They are into exploration and production of oil & gas related to oil-field services.

• What do they do specifically-

ONGC supplies crude oil, natural gas to major India oil and gas refining and marketing companies deal with oil or gas. They promote, plan and implement programme for development of petroleum reserves and oil Field. They recently started producing electricity using Thermal gas in palanta Tripura India. It’s their first venture in producing electricity names as OTPC (Ongc Tripura Power Project) as a joint venture between Tripura Government and ONGC.
