                   1, Lack of availablity of latest technology and equipments in patient care.

                   2, Rich or VIP patients get more consideration compared to poor people.

                   3, Staffs who not follow sterile techniques when doing procedures.

                   4, Increased rate of medication errors and improper medical documentation.

* Leaders role to solve this ethical issues

                  * Make sure availability of equipments and new technolgy in patient care to enhance quality

                     of care with the help of management.

                   * Every person have right to get good quality care irrespective of their economic status and

                      education so ensure standard care to all patient with the co-operation of staffs.

                   * Conduct teaching sections and health quiz competitions to improve knowledge level

                      of staffs and educate them to follow sterile practices and take action if repeatly occur.

                   * Monthly audits with the help of administrative team help to measure perfomance of

                     hospital staffs and avoid chances of erroes in medicine administration and documentation

                    of patient records.

Role of leadership in workplace spirituality

                       * Leader who follow spiritual belives also respect belives of other staffs in the work place

                          it helps to work toghether as a team eventhough every person believes differently.

                      * Spirituality in workplace enhance the quality of care and accomplish goals in stressful

                        situvations it help both leader and staffs.

                      * Leaders spirituality help him to know about the meaning of work and responsiblity to
