Quality improvement in each domains should be explained and applied to the healthcare facility. detail speaker notes which describe the program. In this presentation chose a disease or condition and presented to the hospital facility by a hypothetical patient and how the new system will help patient in each domain, access, structure, process, outcome, and patient experience. in one or two sileds explain how this new quality improvement program will help improve the healthcare of employees experience.

Access is helping or obtaining an health care facility or appropriate health care resources to the people who needs it in an easiest way

  • As a health care provider we have to access all the health care facilities and services and use of all the esssential resources available.
  • As an health care provider we have to utilize the services instead of csate,creed,culture,income and religion

Structure is construct or arrange according to plan then only we can meet the quality while giving care to the patients when ever needed

Patients evaluations to the interventions which we where provided to meet the demands in a better way.It is nothing but the rating of the care given

  • While providing care we have to maintain safety of the patient in all basis
  • Utilization of the all the available resources in an effective way to prevent infection,readmissions
  • Proper recording and reporting,and maintain a good patient relationship till the discharge from admission

Here we will apply this domains of quality improvement to a patient undergone rheumatoid arthritis

  • Accesss:Explain the condition and needed treatment,introduce a doctor
  • Structure:Arrange for a consultation,follow up, and their continuity of care
  • Process:Provided all the needed information according to the condition such as management and promote patient to meet the care(eg:medications or surgery needed)
  • Outcome:Improvement or worsening of symptoms such as pain
  • Patient experiences:Ratings give as per the care provided

As an health care provider when we are giving care we have to follow all the domains to maintain the quality of care which we provided thus we can maintain our standards and give a better satisfaction to the patient.
