1. What can be done to separate the ideas of race and welfare in the minds of many people? How can we stop the racialization of welfare?

Race and welfare are different terms yet they are related to each other. While Race is discriminatory the latter is considered to be Positive aspect of the society which aims for the benefits of people in society. Oftern it has been observed that the ideas of Race and Welfare in the mind of people are different.Many people thinks Race and Welfare is one and related to each other. But it is not so, Race and Welfare are two different and separate elements and it is needed to separate these two elements in the minds of people. We need to to educate and aware people that both are separate terms and can not be used interchangeably.

Racialization of welfare can be stopped by avoiding discrimination. I mean to say discrimination in terms of Race, sex, colour , reliigion and so on. We can stop Racialization of Welfare activities by including the excluded groups or communities in the Welfare Programmes that aiims for overall development of society. Welfare does not mean extending support and help particular group or community to avail the benefits of the welfare initiatives.Welfare of the society is a very broad term and it shall includde every people irrespective of colour, sex, race, religion or nationality.The Welfare model shall be very braod and it shoud be inclusuve in nature, then only Rationalization of Welfare can be stopped.
