Martha E Rogers was a Theorist who propounded the Theory of Science of Unitary Human Beings. She was born on 12th May 1914 in Dallas county of Texas, USA. She got a diploma from Knoxville General Hospital School of Nursing in 1936 and graduated in Public Health Nursing at George Peabody College at Tennessee in 1937. She accomplished a MA degree from Teachers college at Columbia university, New York in 1945 and a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland in 1952. She also got her doctorate in nursing from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland in 1954. She was a member of the fellowship at American academy of nursing. Few of the prominent positions that she held were Professor Emerita, Division of Nursing, New York University, She was also a Consultant and Speaker. She passed away in the year 1994.
