In order to complete the task successful and effectively it is important to have intigrity and consultancy. Theories are very effect give and useful for the unexperienced or less experienced counselling be effective with the clients and it also provides them a right direction.

Behavioural theory:
The main purpose of behavioural theory is to developed and supports the undesirable and unwanted behaviour. It is based on the principles of behaviourism.
Behaviourism school of thought believed in the concept that humans learn from our environment.
In behavioural theory concepts and ideas of operant conditioning and classical conditioning are used. It is action based therapy.
It mainly focused on the idea that if older behaviour can create the problem then developing new behaviour can eliminate the unwanted and maladaptive behaviour.
