Health care spending in my view, is the funding of money to health care needs of the people in the clinical and community area.By the proper spending and effective utilization will gain the ultimate goal that is a burden free and disease free people in our country

Healthcare spending are in different ways sucha as hospital care,physician and clinical services,rehabilitative sevices,residential care and personal care,spending for recent impovised equipments and facilities in the hospital,spending for independent health practtitioner and for insurance services etc.Here all of the services are needed for our health care

in this i am considering the wasteful or the little beneficial service is individual private practitioner. and private insurance companies why because now a days all are having business mind and all of them want to grow faster than others according to the changing society their needs are more.Here we can see the independent private practitioner the private health insurance sector is also growing more.The people paid an amount of a premium to them for specific period,if the health needs are more to them they have to pay from their pocket to approach for a good health care facility.We have to eliminate the growing of private practitioners and private insurance companies with a business mind.If the community does not meet the health needs from them again they have to approach for the hospital care to satisfy their needs this is an extraburden for the public thus we have to eliminate the growth of private sectors that is mainly focusing on their own growth.
