Yes , obviously "Society has an obligation to provide health care services for people who are poor, uninsured, and underinsured" ,but it happens very rarely. It means that the individuals present in the societ has a duty to provide health care services for people who can't afford it like for example the uninsured ones, but in today's world people are becoming self centered ,they are paying attention to themselves only ,they wants to acquire everything present in this world Helping others has become a sentence only which is least practiced . Economically those who belong to rich class or are insured have access to the healthcare services while those who are poor don't have access to the healthcare services until and unless it's available free.
Government has many plans for making available the healthcare services for the poor ones ,but a portion of it is only working full- fledged and many others are under the burecrates and making money out of it .
