It is true that issue of corporate rights analyzes the entity or the corporation

There are certain rights given to corporations, these are called corporate rights.

Corporates can use these rights as per their accordance. It depends on the entity whether it is using these rights for right purpose or using them wrongly.

When a corporation uses it wrongly, against its ethics, this creates an issue regarding corporate rights which contributes to analyzing the corporation. It leaves a negative impact for the reputation of the organisation.

As these rights are given to protect the organisation from any type of problems, it should be used very wisely without being misinterpreted.

This could lead to misleading the customers or society. Organizations may be involved in certain types of fraud for their own benefits. A check on their activities should be done to control such frauds being done.

It also decreases the goodwill of any organization. Hence it can be said that issues with corporate rights analyzes the entity.
