You have been hired as an outside consultant for a large durable medical equipment and medical supply company. The company specializes in a wide range of medical supplies and equipment. Some of its most profitable offerings include hospital bed rental to private residents, wheelchairs, walkers, scooter and other mobility equipment. However, they have come to realize that competition is increasing and market share is getting tight. They note that most of their customers are new costumers and very few are repeat customers. They are concerned with customer loyalty. The medical supply company owner has asked you to train develop a plan to improve customer loyalty and train the staff.
1.Be sure to discuss the (multiple) benefits that loyal, repeat customers offer to health care organizations.
2. Develop and defend at least 4 recommendations for the medical supply company based on your research on how to improve customer loyalty. Include a brief overview of how each recommendation would be implemented at the company.
As consultant for strategy planing to retain the existing customers of healthcare equipment market and to attract the new consumers for capturing market i would focus on some key factors
1. Firstly we will improve the quality of product and will maintain the quality throughout the product life cycle this will automatically build the trust of consumers towards our brand and consumers will retain with it.
2. We should come out with new and innovative ideas to promote our goods so that consumer will attract towards it and our goods will be always on first place in their mind while buying them.
3. We can offer resonable price for our products compare to other existing products which is the major factor to change the mind of customer.
4. We can offer best possible benefits for goods at affordable prices so that consumer will remain with our brand when ever they need to by it.
5. Marketing and brand building is also the major key factor here which plays important role to retain the existing customers with company so we need to focus on brand building of goods simulteniuosly to achieve our goal.
6. We must identify the customer expectations from our goods and try to work out on such needs to satisfy the customer expectations this will also help to retain the consumers with company for longer time.
7. We must evaluate the competition for our goods to improve the constant market and overcome the competition with some strategies to set our brand products at top of the list.
8. We may also need to offer some extra benefits in terms of quantity or pricing to the regular buyers of our products by means of some loyalty programme which will lead to higher customer rataintion time.
9. We may also take advantage of our social media to aware the people about our products and it's benefits over the other products available in market. It is such kind of digital marketing only.
10. We can also involve the healthcare practitioners to promote our products by simply trying out some free gift samples for the needy people's out their.
11. Create brand awareness in mind of society will help to add on the customer loyalty for brand.
12. We must focus on to the building up trust of customers so as to achieve goal of loyalty from them.

Based on my experience i would recommend the company to provide best quality of products to the consumers this will maintain the image of company in market and sells will be automatically goes high once quality products are served at best price. I would also like to suggest one more thing towards brand building as company is dealing with healthcare needs we must not compromise with the quality of service we offer so that customer will prefer best products only when it comes to the health issues of them.
