Strategic planning in Health organization
A hospital,which is situated in Hyderabad,NIMS ,
and the strategic plans of the organization includes,goals and objectives -

This hospital works with the main goal of providing care to the poor and needy.
and the objectives are - to promote health of the individuals,to prevent the disability,
-to treat the suffering ,
-to rehabilitate the disabled ,
-and to enhance the well being to the individuals.

The challenge or opportunity which have been observed was, knee replcement surgery.
when particular surgery is not possible in the country, that particular organization took the initiation to do it,in order to provide better services to the needy attracted the individuals who are having the same problem.
the information is passed to the people who are needed that treatment,automatically,particualar effort gave good impact on the organization.
by doing so, the poor and needy people who cannot travel to other countries spend on treatment ,now they can get the treatment at their own place.

as the strategc planning promoting /modifying the health care facility,lot of changes occuring in the health care tecnology too.
