Analysis of Diversity
An organization or company can be said to have a diverse culture when the company has a diverse employee base . A diverse employee base happens when the employees shares similarities and differences in terms of age group , physical abilities and disabilities, gender as well as sexual orientation.An organization with a diverse employee base is most suitable to fulfill the needs of the customers from diverse base.
On the other hand, an organization or company is said to have a multicultural work force when it is made up of individuals (men and women) from a various different cultural backgrounds and races . A multicultural workforce is the one in which there exist a huge range of difference in terms of cultural background between the employees of the organization.
A multicultural organisation is very essential for the effective working and management of diversity. As in multicultural organisation, the employees are of different cultural and racial backgrounds, this can contribute in achieving benefit to the organisation.
There are various approaches that the organisations use to manage and regulate cultural diversity.
