1.Formulate clear question based on identified local needs & problems.Source of formulating question may be problem based or knowledge based.problem based means,care giver get an idea about making clear relevant question for EBP from clinical assessment data.&knowledge based means get an idea from research conferences,journals,or EBP guidelines etc.

2.Literature review for search for best evidenced based interventions.It must be start with theoretical & clinical practices to overview on concern topic.Then we must collect best evidences in a particular time. Evidences or collected statements must be bias free.

3.Analysing & Evaluating the collected evidences using Rating system.Rating system mainly used to determine the quality (strengths,weakness)of available evidences.

4.Implementing useful findings in clinical practices based on valid evidences .Evidences is used alongside clinical expertise & patient's perspective to plan care.

5.Evaluating the performances & efficacy of evidences through process of self reflection,peer assessment, internal & external audit.
