Answer: Informational Interview- It is an interview that a job seeker attends to clear his/her doubts regarding the career opportunities, current market situation and industry norms. Job seeker seeks advice on career while employer understands job seekers' behavior, perception, potential, skills and qualifications. It is a healthy communication between interviewer and interviewee.

Steps in setting up informational interview: Are as following-

Sending/Accepting applications and resume for informational interview.
Calling/E-mailing candidates and fixing their schedule of meeting with employer or concerned person.
Prepare questions, related to subject/field and some other questions related to hobby and interest.
Keep the conversation good and it should be more interactive from both the sides.
Try to clear doubts of candidate and also analyzes his skills and interest

Contacted person- Employer should contact the fresher students and job seekers who are currently looking for change.
