In an RLC circuit, ?= 10 Ω,?= 0.5 ??, and ?=6.0 ??, the current
in the inductor is ??=12 ? sin(??+0.2). The circuit operates at
half of the resonance frequency.
a) Find the current in the resistor, capacitor and for the entire
circuit.
b) Find the voltage in the resistor, capacitor, and inductor.
c) Find the emf of the AC source
For the given RLC circuit, calculate the value of the frequency (w) from the given relation with resonance frequency and then substitute the value of 'w' in the given expression of current iL which is the current through resistor , inductor and Capacitor and the circuit itself. Then calculate the voltage in the Resistor, Capacitor and inductor using voltage formula using current expression. Calculating the overall Impedance of the circuit and Multiplying it with the current expression the source voltage of the circuit is known.
