Ans) fracture: a bone fracture is a Medical condition where the continuity of the bone is broken.

here there are several fractures in the website.it includes:5 patients are:

1)serious fractures from spraining an ankle.that is distal fibula is fractured.

2) Nursing is noted in both sides of the left upper arm and shoulder.he could not raise his arm .x-ray reveals a fractured humerus . the long bone of the upper arm near the shoulder.

3) fracture and abrasion to his left thumb.

4) elderly lady fell and fracture her wrist fracture of the distal radius and displaced approximately 40 degrees

5) Fracture of the fifth metatarsal which is long bone behind the little one.mangement:it is important to splint the extremity,ice if possible and transport.

6) fracture of the fifth metacarpal of the right hand.this bone directly behind the middle finger.

Management: splinting is first priority.

Encourage him to perform active and passive excercises.

Discuss the prevention of recurrent fractures.

Teach symptoms need attention such as numbness,decreased function,increased pain and elevated temperature.

Avoid smoking.
