World health organisation is a specialised agency in United Nations for analysing and determining proper health of populations. It deals with various range of diseases and determination of diagnosis for the welfare of people. Among which, iron deficiency disorder is the most common disorder which results from very less iron in the body. It leads to anemia condition. It is because of poor diet which causes low haemoglobin levels in the body. Symptoms of anemia will not occur for years. This can be treated by adding iron supplements through diet.
