World health organisation is a specialised agency in United Nations for analysing and determining proper health of populations. It deals with various range of diseases and determination of diagnosis for the welfare of people. Among which, iron deficiency disorder is the most common disorder which results from very less iron in the body. It leads to anemia condition. It is because of poor diet which causes low haemoglobin levels in the body. Symptoms of anemia will not occur for years. This can be treated by adding iron supplements through diet. After predominant conditions, some of the symptoms may include, weakness, pale skin, short breath, dizziness, fatigue, brittle nails, headache and tongue swelling or soreness. Major causes which leads to anemia are inability of the body to obsorb iron, loss of blood during menstruation, inadequate iron intake, internal bleeding, etc. It can Ben diagnosed by complete blood count test, or internal bleeding test.
