Discuss how a company has revised its policies and procedures to provide better top-down guidance to company personnel about how certain things should be done, or implemented a continuous improvement process or activity. The following are the reason provided for better top- down guidance through revised policies and procedures for continues improvement.
1. Performance management system has been changed from the revised policies and procedures as on the report of daily, weekly updation on the work performance for better improvement of the employees on the growth towards the success of the organization.
2. Diversity ratio has been increased due to the change in the policies and procedures of the organization as that improves on the ethical work standards.
3. The organizations policies and procedures on enterprise resource planning has been developed to manage on the personnel files and used for analytical purpose on for the growth of the organization.
4. The revised policies and procedures of the company had competitive advantage in the market due to high end technology and innovations.
5. The revised policies change on the rewards and incentives has motivated on the employees for their improvement on achieving their goals for promoting the organization.
6. The culture adaptation has been easy for the employees through revised policies and procedures as it creates a good ethics on attitude, belief etc of the employees.
