Communication is very important for the process because we need to make all the members understand the plan and the work needed to be done.

The employees must understand the need of the plan and must understand the seriousness so that they feel accountable to the process and give their best.

Proper alignment must be done for the process and it is not an easy task.

An effective leader is the pillar of this process and is the reson for successful implementation.

The process must be carried out in a proper planned manner so that no wastage occurs which inturn reduces the cost .

Timely reviews on the process must be done so that we can analyse the way the process is going and the strategy is being implemented.

Time management also plays an important role in the implementation of the strategy because anything which is not done on time is a waste .

The employees must be dedicated to the strategy and must execute the process with concentration and sincerity.

Out of all these components leadership is the most important one because without a good leader no process is complete and any strategy will be wasted.
