Change management is a structured approach to individual,team and organization to fulfill or implement a vision and strategy..it is a type of organizational process.this changes dealing and adopting corporate and organization strategy, structure, procedure and technology to deal with changes in all conditions.. strategy will make sure achievements.it provide roadmap to achieve success.
Strategy 1:
Create short-term term wins .. short term wins nourish faith in the change effort,emotionally appreciate the hard workers,keep the critics at bay,and build momentum.. momentum builds as people try to achieve their vision, while fewer against the change..focus on one or two goals first to achieve that instead of more goals and make sure no new initiatives are added until one of these goals is achieved..
Strategy 2:
Focus on assisting, advising and coaching the sponsor and champion in the change effort..The change agent is the person or group they assist department to implement the proposed change that is human resources.. Their role is to advise and guide the champions and sponsor throughout the change initiatives.they may act in a month member of role like data gathering, education, facilitator etc. they act as a subject matter expert in the change management.. stakeholders are those employers who will be impacted by the change..it is critical to involve in the process and understand..
Leadership voice- one that truly represent who you are and what you stand for an effective leaders...in fact, leadership demand required the willingness to recognize the need for change and finally the ability to lead changes..so vocal critic of the change initiative important for guiding team...
