how responsable is mark cuban for the culture of the mavericks

Solutions

Expert Solution

As the Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban contributed a lot to the sexual harassment culture in the organization.

Explanation:

As the CEO, Cuban had failed by not being attentive to the Maverick's business culture that for over 20 years, he had not realized it. A majority of female workers reported having been forcibly kissed and touched. Others complained of the inappropriate language used towards women, which had become the norm in the organization. Although Cuban acknowledged that he was responsible for his employees' conduct and the business environment, it shows how ignorant he was as a leader that he never bothered to know what was happening in the organization. Although nothing could have been done to reverse those occurrences, Cuban agreed to take the necessary steps to make the organization a better place.
