Answer 1= With the greater involvement of the management and the employers towards employee health and wellness will open many possibilities for the managers to play an active role in this regard. The managers can become the facilitator of these services and they can identify the various areas that can cause health-related issues to the employes. The managers have to play the role of informer too as they can communicate the use of various protective gear methods and equipment which are facilitated by the employer so that they can prevent work-related health hazards. The managers need to analyze the difference between the standard health and safety-related practices and the actual implementation of these practices on ground. They need to motivate and get involved with the employees so that the employees also take the required and necessary precautions so that greater safety and security can be provided to the manpower.

This will have a positive impact on the overall productivity and effectiveness of the organization. Due to greater safety and security and the feeling that the employers are concerned about the health of the common employee, it will develop the dedication and greater loyalty towards the organization among the employees. Employees will try to put their best in their job and they will also take greater interest to promote the concerns of the employers. The employers will also become more aware and cautious of their health and will start taking all the required measures. This will decrease the work-related health issue and thus will result in greater productivity and effectiveness of the organization.
