Factors considered in a clinical nursing problem fall into three
general categories: personal, social, and scientific.
Clinical nursing problem deals with modalities of patient care such as support, comfort, prevention of trauma, promotion of recovery, health screening, appraisal and/or assessment, health education, and coordination of health care and the psychosocial dimensions of health care are an essential aspect of clinical nursing research.
Implementing evidence-based safety practices are difficult and need strategies that address the complexity of systems of care, individual practitioners, senior leadership, and ultimately changing health care cultures to be evidence-based safety practice environments.
Approach initiating an EBP project aretowards asthma, heart failure, and diabetes, etc. However, these practices are not always implemented in care delivery and variation in practices abound.
