• This is regarding a robotic event our team was organizing at an engineering college.
• The problem we had was that due unexpected rain on the morning of the event the wooden board arena for robots was spoiled.
• I figure the source of wooden boards, which were the platforms used by faculties in the class, and utilized the expertise of workshop employees to develop the arena again.

Convincing Coworkers:

• Initial my coworkers were skeptical about might Idea, as they thought I might end up wasting furthermore time, but when I figured out resources and came with a complete plan, they were convinced.

Why i felt it was best solution:

• As we were running out of time, I thought it would be better if we can use the resources of the engineering college to remake the arena rather than going outside the college.
