The Evidence -Based Practice (EBP) approach to high quality care is designed to improve patient outcomes. EBP has become an important trend in the health care field. For instance,it can improve the quality of patient care,satisfy societal demantsfor certain types ofcare,and reduce care cost,thus making it a notably useful model for addressing 21st-centuary medical care needs.As such,there have been strong efforts to implement EBP in Taiwan.In Taiwan,EBP has been included in foundation nursing education in Bachelor's degrees as a core competance since 2013 ,and it is now acore competancefor clinical nursing staff .EBP is a recent new trend in Taiwanise nursing education, and in Hsieh's national survey of 1200 primary school nurses ,81% of them responded that they had not recieved an EBP-related course. Nowadays,new EBP is a new erain clinical care, and therefore we expect to see the implementationof EBP and promotion campaigns for school nurses.
Nursing students are evaluated in clinical learning environments where skills and knowledge are applied to patient care.These environment affect achievement of learning outcomes,and have an impact on preparation for practice and students satisfaction with the nursing proffesion. Providing clarity of this concept for nursing education will asisting identifieying antecedents,attributes and consiquences affecting student transition to practice.All datas were analysed for recurring themes and terms to determine possible antecedents,attributes and consiquences of this concept
Understanding, study, and use of educational tools and their application to the education of adults in professional fields are increasingly important. In this review we have complied educational toolon the basis of teaching and learning settings; the classroom ,simulation centre, hospital or clinic and independent learning.
Conclusion
With better understanting of attributes comprising the clinical learning environment, nursing education ,programmes and health care agencies can collabortes to create meaningfull experiences and enhance student preparation for the proffesional nurse role.
