education, employment, independence denied to people with
disabilities. In the 20th century it got changed. current law
protected the disabled person rights. they gained a strong foothold
for disabled people. they got segregated from society, it improves
the living circumstances of the people. American disability act
provided equal opportunity for jobs for which they qualified.
equality occur to benefit from employment. general law for
disability regulations proposed the employer's opportunity for new
hires with disabled.
RN can take the RN licensing examination in any state if they
presented to the US. the NCLEX -RN administered by the national
council of state boards of nursing. RN should submit an immigrant
visa petition to US citizenship and immigration service centers on
behalf of nurses. RN must pass the CGFNS or NCLEX with a full and
unentered license as an RN in the state. RN must have an
unrestricted license certificate to NCLEX and CGFNS license.
