RN can take the RN licensing examination in any state if they presented to the US. the NCLEX -RN administered by the national council of state boards of nursing. RN should submit an immigrant visa petition to US citizenship and immigration service centers on behalf of nurses. RN must pass the CGFNS or NCLEX with a full and unentered license as an RN in the state. RN must have an unrestricted license certificate to NCLEX and CGFNS license. immigration process needs a visa petition to the US citizenship and immigration service for intended employment.
There was a demand for nurses and doctors to provide service in this area. Outside nurses for staffing provides more flexibility and low wage rights of standards federal laws violating the right of outside nurses to provide service in other areas. liability act that the management team considered against outside employers increases the chance of getting diseases. there is the wrongful act from the management team with a financial settlement. outside employers' state rules vary from current practice rules that cause issues to work against them with this. Making risk of harm to them as an ethical issue by management team make mistake.
