What does it mean to take a systems view of a project? How does taking a systems view of a project apply to project management?
Adopting a systems view of the project would mean that we would take a step back and look at the entire scope and objective of the project and this is done in order to understand the operations involved in the project and also how this will work and function accordingly as well.
The systems view is applicable to project management because it will allow us to have further and deeper understanding of the project and also enable us in various scenarios which will contribute towards better performance in the project management aspect as well.
