1) Time Management: Time management is the ability to spend the hours of a day effectively in order to gain more benefit. It allows you to achieve the target in less time and which gives you additional time for other activities and also free time is available. It helps you to know how you spend your time getting organized to achieve the goals maintaining your mental health by avoiding extra stress. Time management can be improved by setting the short and long term goals and prioritizing the goals in a given time. You can prioritize the goals by doing the less consumed goals first and the others later or more important work first and the others later. Be organized by knowing which work need to be done and when up to date.Communication skills helps you to communicate with the people and make them understand about your goals and accomplish such goals in a targeted time period. You will become a better well disciplined person, which makes your life run smooth and successful in you career. When practicing the time management give short breaks in order to get relief and reduce stress levels. Improving management skills can help you a better worker and able to focus on the work.Each benefit of time management allows you another aspect of life.
2) What happens when you are not practicing good time management skills?
When time is not properly managed, it gets wasted. Time is limited. If you use the time properly it gives you benefits. More time you sow, more benefit you reap. When the time is properly not managed, you lose the benefits that the time gives you. Right from the morning till the end of the day all the work you need to do gets postponed. There will be more stressed as the work will not be completed till the last minute. Some times you will get loss, as you will not be able to complete the work within time. Lack of punctuality will make you stand in front of you manager. Your impression will be lost if you are not on time. When you wake up late in the morning,At the time you start your day rest of the world are already on half way to their work while you are about to start the work. You may skip the breakfast which is an unhealthy eating habit and run to office to be on time in the office but you end up late , starting the work late which leads to finishing the work late. To finish the work you may work till late night which makes you wake up late on the next day. This cycle goes on repeating.So, if you are not practicing good time management skills you cannot get succeed in your life and career.
