• There have been always technical issues as most of the old people are not familiar with the use of the mobiles Or the advance devices.
• Sometime due to technical error, accuracy of the dose may be wrong which may increase complications.

Benefits of the mobile technology for the clinicians are:

• The healthcare professionals can have directly acrss to the health information of the patient. This reduces the workload and paper documentation process.
• Clinicians can guide their patients through the advance devices.

Challenges of mobile technology for the clinicians are:

• Vital signs could not be obtained as well as may be their could be time where the patient has to be physically present for the diagnosis purpose.
• Major risk of communication problems as patient may not be able to express their feeling which lead to confusion.
