1) He is trying to convince the reader that their is unjustice done to the negros, the law is unjust.

2) These are the four step process he has decided to take action collection of facts to determine whether injustices are alive, negotiation, self purification and direct action.

3) He is fighting against the physical abuse which young negro boys are facing, against mental or psychological abuse which young children are facing as they are not allowed to visit amusement park because of dark colour, emotional abuse etc

4) He defines " Unjust law is no law at all". Any law that degrades human personality is unjust. He says that, an unjust law is a code that majority inflicts on a minority that is not binding on itself.

5) He says that White moderates are the one who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action. They are the one who constantly advices negro to wait until more convenient season. He says that shallow understanding from people of goodwill is more frustrating than absolute misunderstanding from people of ill will.
