Two dominant factor:

The very dominant factors which can ensure the satisfaction of the customer are

1. Quality

2. Customer support

Various industries feel that in order to boost sales of their product and service, it is ver important to satisfy the customer so that he never prefers some other brand to your brand, and in order to ensure the satisfaction of the customer you need to consider the following 2 factors

1.Quality: Make sure that the product you manufacture or the service you sell is of excellent quality. The quality helps alot in satisfying the customer, if a customer takes your service and he finds that the quality is good enough in that price range , he will probably be your customer for a long term as he is satisfied with your product.

For eg: Apple provides very good quality phones as they have features like good camera, no lagging which make the customer satisfied because he is getting a product which is on the whole the best.

So in order to satisfy a customer make sure the quality of your product is very good for the customer to come back to you again.

2.Customer support: It is very important for the company to provide good customer support as the customer ensures if the company is providing them with the solutions and giving them proper support after buying their service or the company is just not treating them good. The customers will definitely not look back to you if the support you provide is not up to the mark, but if you have good customer support and you listen to the complaints, problems of the customer as well as solve those problems they will be highly satisfied.
